Our 1 year old van sprung a leak over our bed while we’re travelling. Went to Jayco Newcastle but they were too busy to help us so they sent us to Caravan fix. Even though they we flat out they went out of their way to help us out. To Chad and the rest of the team thanks for helping us out in a very stressful situation. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys.10 out of 10 for customer service!! I have a branch on the Gold Coast so I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

Had a flushing problem with my motorhome toilet and was looked at straight away on same day I rang and Matt let me know the problem. Told me what part I would need and that it would be a wait to get the part. I was happy to know it wasn't major and I could get it fixed when I got home.. Excellent customer service. We had an issue with our Caravan while travelling through Coffs Harbour. 1 of our caravan wheels was getting hot. They fit us in straight away, took care of the issue and had us back on the road in just 3 hours. Not expensive either, thank you for being efficient and very professional. Highly recommended

The Coffs Harbour team are amazing. We were setting up and power inlet broke. A call to them had them despatching their mobile service to us. Ray arrived and replaced the power inlet. Helped us with a couple of issues. As we headed off, a brake issue we had been trying to sort for ages escalated. They sorted the problem, which no one else had been able to do, and sent us on happily on our way.

Our 18 month old caravan sustained damage from a hail storm back in November 2019 requiring extensive repairs. Caravan and RV Works at Kunda Park is the "Caravan Fix" office on the Sunshine Coast QLD and was referred to us by our insurer RACQ to carry out the repair work.
After dropping our van off we immediately met with Caravan and RV works Service manager Marlon Barrie. We were instantly put at ease by Marlon with his professional and engaging manner. Marlon is incredibly knowledgable and provided us with answers to all our questions on the day. This made us feel completely at ease and secure, knowing we were leaving our van in the hands of complete professionals.
The entire team involving reception staff, tradespeople and management, all provided us with an exemplary service and the end result was second to none as our looked better than new. We highly recommend this company to others - you won't regret it if you are seeking genuinely professional company who provides quality work and service.
