Claim is Allocated to Caravan Fix
A representative from Caravan Fix PTY LTD will contact you directly to arrange a convenient time for an estimate to be completed.

Caravan Assessed
Once we have assessed your caravan the quote and images are prepared and forwarded to your insurer for an assessor to be allocated and the insurance company’s assessment to take place
Authority Received
Once your insurer has assessed and authorised your claim, Caravan Fix PTY LTD will be in contact with you to explain the next steps in the process and arrange a book in date for your repairs to commence. We will provide you with an average length of time that we will require your van for the repairs to be completed;
Repairs completed
Once your repairs have been completed your caravan undergoes an extensive interior and exterior detail and we will arrange delivery of your completed caravan.
